So I had one today after 3 years of being symptom free after surgery.
Doctor said no active Crohns, and we couldn't hope for better results.
However when I when I got home I was looking at the papers he gave me and pictures and I see noted in a few places was quiescent Crohns disease. Is this just areas where Crohn's once was? Does this mean I'm in remission?
Here is the actual note that concerned me:
Inflammation characterized by scattered small pseudopolyps was found scattered in the sigmoid colon, in the descending colon, and transverse colon. When compared to previous examinations, the findings are quiescent Crohn's.
