This is really a post to make people aware of this.

EN causes spectacular remission, reintroduction of food causes rapid inflation, contact with the fecal stream causes inflammation.

If dietary culprits were to blame, that would be the most ideal solution for us. We would simply avoid these dietary culprits. Maybe it is wishful thinking, maybe it is not. Carrageenan is widespread in the food chain, and I just want people to be aware that it is increasingly looked at. It is not that hard to avoid, and I feel it is at this point worth mentioning due to it being increasingly in the spotlight.

One substance found in some brands of root beer bothers my guts.

Quillaia whichis from certain tree bark is considered a natural soap. It can also be in root beer.

Both carrageenan and Quillaia are considered emulsifiers. It is likely this aspect of the products are what cause problems.

Best regards

Dan
