Well my dad's decided he's going to research like crazy, and came upon something saying that Colostrum was a great "miracle" supplement to take.. We went and got a bottle at a herbs/health store and I took it daily for a while, didn't seem to make too much of a difference, but I -was- in a big flare. Anyone have any experiences with colostrum?

I took it for a few weeks and honestly I noticed no difference from it. If anything cutting it out made me feel better within a couple days of stopping.

I too took it for several weeks and did not feel that is helped me. I am thinking that colostrum is beneficial was ingested in its natural form and not freeze dried, processed and put in a pill. I bet natural colostrum may be beneficial, but who is going to drink that? And with the risk of mycobacteria infection, not sure that I would want to even if it was promising.

You're probably right. Oh well. I'm always up for trying something that could potentially help give some kind of relief. But hey, here's to trying!
