So according to my GI doctor my crohns is in remission but OMG I am dying every morning in the restroom. I still get stomach pains when ever I eat and then I need the restroom like 20 minutes after. I'm considered a severe case to my GI. I had a colonoscopy and my colon was clear. I am battling a c.diff infection and pyoderma. Am I truly in remission?

Honestly, I think I'd be confused too. Have you called an advise nurse or emailed your doctor about this? Never hurts to ask if there's something else that can be done for you to make you more comfortable. I wish I had better ideas for you. Please keep us updated on how you're doing.

C Diff infection often presents with symptoms difficult to tell apart from Crohn's Disease. So you may well be in remission but as cross-sitch said, it would be best to talk to your doctor.
