Cooking for Crohn's

I really would like to get Crohn's disease cookbook to make my fiance food he can actually have. He is lactose intolerant aswell. Any reccomendations or recipes you would suggest? He just had surgery and wants to start over the healthy way and i would like to be able to give him a push in the right direction.
