Cooking with Mirilax

Hi all!
I was wondering if anyone has ever cooked with mirilax?
Specifically I was wondering if I could put it in pancake mix?
Also if anyone has any good recipes that help with chronic constipation oid be more than happy to hear them!

Interesting question. I have no clue if it destroys the quality of the drug. Also if you experimented with it please make sure to measure because if you go above what they deem is safe you can risk obstruction.

Miralax requires fluids to work and I don't know if cooking with it in powder form is safe as you won't really know how much fluid you are getting in connection with how much powder you are using.

I was always told to dissolve in a liquid. I know if you drink it mixed in a glass of water, you wouldn't even know it was there.

I didn't like taking Miralax either. I got some Citrucel and mix it into my iced tea. I don't even notice it. I'm taking something for the pain of degenerative disc disease that slows everything down. After years of battling diarrhea, now I'm dealing with constipation.
