Core health pack?

Anyone ever heard of or used these? Was recommended to me by numerous people/pharmacist. Supposed to be pretty much all natural, full of vitamins and nutrients and good for digestive health and weight management too. I know you can order them online but we actually have a prescription plus near my house so I was able to go and speak with them and it was highly recomended and he said that he has quite a few customers who use it for Crohn's/UC

I've also started drinking Kangen water. I've heard good things about it and it's high alkaline and anti inflammatory properties
