Cranberry red in bowel movement

I just had a bm and some of it looked cranberry red. Could that relate to my earlier question about straining?

Are you currently flaring? Do you usually have noticeable amounts of blood in your stool?

Either way, I encourage you to contact your GI about this as soon as possible.
