I am in an Adult Stem Cell trial for my Crohn's. I am having huge success and almost feel normal again. I would encourage anyone with Crohn's that is not having success with the normal medications to look into the trial. I was getting ready to have my whole colon removed when I found the trial and I am so very grateful. Life with Crohn's is horrible when nothing works and you even frustrate your doctors due to your body fighting eveything they try. Ifyou have any questions please feel free to ask. Blessings!

Hi JanJan, I just wanted to say thanks for the posting, I am really pleased you are doing so well :) Fingers crossed it will help others out there who feel they are running out of options.

How do we find information regarding SCT trials? I have yet to find one here in Utah.. I would really like to participate in a trial, because it sounds safer than the TNF blockers, and other drugs. I am having surgery Wednesday, so it is too late for me to try it in lieu of surgery... However afterward, it would be great! Right now, I am looking at using LDN treatment post op.

Is this the one in Mexico? I had PM'd you this question a few days ago? Sorry to bother you again. It would be rather nice and better recieved if you gave us all the info. There have been multiple scams with fake drs, with felony records, operating out of mexico to avoid FDA. As always i am pro stem cell. Thanks for sharing. Please dont be offended by my question.

I found mine through googling but if you go to http://www.ccfa.org/trials/and put in your state info, etc you can find what is close to you and what trials are going on there. The trial I am currently in is on that webpage.

I just signed up on this forum last night but if you go to: http://www.ccfa.org/trials/ and put in your info the trial in your area will come up. The one I am currently in is on there...Dr Dimitroff in St Louis, MO. This is a real study and I am having wonderful results and encourage anyone that fits the criteria to try it. My life has become almost 100% normal again. What state do you live in? There very well could be one close to you. If you have additional questions don't hesitate to ask. Jan

Hi Jan and welcome! Stem cells is such an exciting treatment option! Would you be willing to create a thread dedicated to your treatment and progress? We have a few people doing this for treatments like stem cells and fecal transplants and it is INCREDIBLY helpful for others. You'd be helping so many and probably benefit from it yourself :)

I'm happy to help you get setup with this if you're game. Thank you for your consideration!
