Crohn's but no cramping

So, I've never had cramping. My main symptom has always been going to the washroom a lot and lots of bleeding. But, never any cramping.

Is this weird? My doc says some people don't get cramping, but I find that hard to believe with Crohn's.

I'm wondering if I have something else.

I never have cramping. I don't have bleeding either though, but basically my only symptom is the constant D multiple times a day

You don't need to have cramping as a symptom, there are plenty others. Mine are severe abdominal pain, visiting the loo a lot, decreased appetite and fatigue. X
