Crohn's Colitis (?)

So I was told I have Crohn's Colitis...does this mean I have Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis? They gave me paperwork to read that was for Crohn's disease, and then different paperwork to read taht was for ulcerative colitis..but they told me i had Crohn's Colitis and on the discharge paperwork (after the colonscopy) said Impression: Crohn's Colitis...

Crohn's colitis actually prefers to Crohn's disease that is active in the large intestine. You don't have colitis as well. We have a support group for members with Crohn's Colitis, which you can find here if you're interested.
