Crohns, ct scan normal

I have been having pain and of course developing secondary symptoms as well as the usual with crohns. My ct scan came back normal. I thought it might as I have read sometimes a ct won't show anything significant unless having severe inflammation it blockage like while I was in the hospital.

I know the inflammation isn't as severe because the pain isn't severe as when I went to the hospital. So what is the continuous pain I feel on my right side? Moderate inflammation? Something else?

Yes I had contrast.

To add. Was hospitalized twice in 2012. They thought it was diverticulitis. Ct scan showed severe inflammation both times. Colonoscopy in feb 2013 showed crohns in both large and small intestines. Ct scan last week came back normal.ct scan was done because of pain I'm having. Pain is no where near it was when I was hospitalized but a constant pain is there. Increases after about an hour after I eat but also randomly other times too. And yes, bm is not normal. Well at least not normal for people who don't have crohns. Also have secondary inflammation conditions such as psoriasis on scalp and neck, iritis and joint pain sometimes all over my body but primarily on my back and hips
