Crohn's Disease Activity Index + online calculator

I wonder if anyone here is familiar with something developed in the late '70's called the Crohn's Disease Activity Index. It supposedly assigns a number to the level of Crohn's symptoms in order to evaluate the effectiveness of medication as well as to assess quality of life issues. Again, you do have to provide an email address, but there is a box which allows you to opt out of being pestered.

I'd like to know what the range of scores might be for users of this site.

I've seen it before, but it's good to revisit it every once in a while. So much Crohn's information is out there on web, I sometimes need to be reminded.

I am on a trial study for Ustekinumab and have to fill at a CDAI worksheet everyday. It is kind of a hassle. I won't do another study unless it is the last step.

I have to calc my HBI score at every remi infusion. It's a simpler version I think. I also think it's useless.
