I wonder if anyone here is familiar with something developed in the late '70's called the Crohn's Disease Activity Index. It supposedly assigns a number to the level of Crohn's symptoms in order to evaluate the effectiveness of medication as well as to assess quality of life issues. Here's a web page with a calculator that assigns a number based upon your response to a few questions, then sends you an email with a link showing how you scored & how you compare to your Crohn's Cronies. http://www.wellscores.com/tests/crohns-disease/crohns-disease-activity-index
Again, you do have to provide an email address, but there is a box which allows you to opt out of being pestered.
I'd like to know what the range of scores might be for users of this site.
