This article is posted on a fundraising site. Someone posted it on anther crohns site. I think the article is interesting but I am not posting to push the fundraiser I am posting because of the info on crohns. Admins if it is an issue then just take it down,

I have no issue with what the site is trying to achieve but I will remove the link for two reasons Kim.

1. The claims made are not supported by data links. I know this is promotional site but by not referencing their claims it does come across as alarmist.

But a host of recent studies have linked Roundup and glyphosate to an alarming number of diseases threatening animal and human health; including obesity, infertility, cancer, celiac disease, gluten intolerance, irritable bowel syndrome, autism and Alzheimer’s Disease.

To me it would be be far more credible if even one of these host of recent studies was referenced in a footnote.

2. Now I am likely being nit picky here but…in the opening paragraph it makes mention of Autism and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, as quoted above, but not IBD. It has then pulled Autism and infertility as a statistical reference points followed by Crohn’s Disease. Are they confusing IBS with IBD? I don’t know, perhaps it was purposely done that way but it raised a flag for me.
