Crohns for 1 year

Hi I was diaginosed with crohns last year in and out of the hospital. They finally put me on cimzia injection, now I have joint pain and fatigue. I'm new to this site. And wondering if anyone is on this drug and is having the same problems. Any input would be welcome thank you for your time in reading this
