Interesting article. This, made me feel a little oogy...
And that explains why some Western countries are trying to contain Crohn's disease using eggs of worms generally found in Indians owing to lack of hygiene.

Well it seems Crohn's is on the rise everywhere. I'm from Lebanon, and my doctor told me before we didn't have much cases. But in my hospital alone they have more than 300 cases now. Note that Lebanon only has a 3.5 Mio population. Also most IBD patients seem to be well educated and live a modern lifestyle???

I read once that the Indian diet quite often includes milk that is boiled. If it is the MAP bacteria that is involved with Crohn's, it makes me wonder if they are drinking milk now without boiling it first?

The way it exponentially exploded in existence almost lends credence to the crazy idea that it's a secret global-governmental experiment gone awry.

"Dammit, Steve, you forgot to close the petry dish!"

"Sorry Ted, what's the worst that could happen??"
