Crohn's that is mostly localized in colon

I had UC for about 7 years, and then a year or two ago, the doc said some inflammation has now appeared in the small bowel. So, I have Crohn's now (by definition), but mostly colitis (since it's primarily large intestine inflammation).

Anyone else afflicted in this way? Any tips?

I'm currently going through a rough flare. I've managed to alleviate some of the symptoms naturally, but not in remission.
