Crohn's disease?
Fatigue, cramping around belly button and lower right abdomen, anemia, vitamin d deficiency, diarrhea ( sometimes bright green), red knots on legs, joint pain, mouth ulcers, possible fistula?
These are my symptoms. I go the dr on Monday to talk to my dr and possibly start testing.
It started about 6 years ago ( I was 21) with the red knots on my legs. They later abscessed. I was told staph and treated with antibiotics. They went away. They do however randomly come and go, although never broke open again. I was told probably just bad immune system now Bc of staph. I started having diarrhea a lot then too but was also almost 300 pounds, depressed and figured it was Bc I was so unhealthy. Went away for a while then started having random ulcers and mouth sore and sore throats. Chalked it up to allergies. I also was diagnosed with Anemia and Vit d deficiencies. Fast forward a few years, still having weird symptoms, figured I was just unhealthy and over weight. Lost 124 pounds. When I was eating healthier, didn't have as many symptoms. A couple weeks ago they started coming back though. Possibly flare up I guess? Worse than before. D a few times a day, sometimes bright green. Stomach pain around belly button and lower right, soooo tired and always cold. I have a 18 month old DD and I feel like I've been a horrible mom
I also have what I now thing is a fistula around my anus. When I had the red knots and the abscessed I also had one there. After it healed the skin there was really rough and lumpy but never caused any pain. I honestly just thought scar tissue Bc of the type of skin. I have scars all over my legs too from them. However last week it's gotten really red, swollen, hot, itchy ect. And now looks "cracked"
My Aunt has UC. Just found out. She's the one who helped me put it all together and suggested Crohns
Like I said, I go to the dr Monday. I'm nervous Nd scared and I just want to get healthy so I can feel better for my little girl. I just want answers. Anyone experience any of this? Advice? Thanks. Sorry so long.
