I have UC and am coming out of the 2nd worst flare of my career. I have started Entyvio but have been on Prednisone nearly 6 months (weaning off). I am seeing improvement since Entyvio (finished loading doses)
I have every single side effect possible from the Prednisone.
Has anyone ever had subcutaneous cysts? I have 3 on my butt cheeks (to put it bluntly). Completely under the skin. No sign at the skin level (no redness, no itching, no pain, no bump). Simply a hard ball under the skin. They are new within the last 2 weeks and increase in size quickly (from pea to nickel). I have a sneaking suspicion it is from the hormones/Prednisone.
Anyone else? Possibly just random. Have a call into my GI doc.
