D-Day looms

So - appointment with the surgeon on Friday morning, hopefully I'll get the go ahead to get operated on which should, all fingers crossed, get rid of or help my Achalasia. I'm absolutely bricking it - shouldn't be really, it is just a chat after all. BUt this op, if it works, would mean a huge difference to my life in general.
