Dedicated paediatric gastroenterologist in the UK is required

If anybody could recommend a paediatric gastroenterologist in London and London region I'm looking for a physician who will have passion and dedication to treat my son not as one of many, but as a little person with his own specific features of this disease. At this point, my son has failed pretty all standard therapies. That's why I need a specialist who'll help me to search beyond these standard steps. I need a doctor who will help me to understand what to try and what not. Who will coordinate and follow up. I know these good doctors are hard to find, but maybe you know one. Thank you.

There are specific paediatric gastroenterologists in Addenbrookes Cambridge which is about 40 mins by train. Addenbrookes is a renowned IBD centre.
St marks is also an excellent centre for IBD and has paeds gastro e.g. Dr Hyer.

I can't comment on how good they are though as I have only been seen in these as an adult.
