Diarrhea ?

Morning all
A bit graphic but......
Every day I have very bad diarrhoea I control it with codeine and tramadol also blocks me up for the day . The problem is the next morning whatever I've eaten the day before flys out of me it is 100percent diarrhoea I never have solid stools and if I didn't take codeine I'd be going all day !!
What does the diarrhoea mean? Is it a sighn of inflamation or something else does anyone know?

Usually D is a sign of active disease. Be careful with the codine, blocking up your system can cause some nasty things with Crohns. Namely toxic megacolon. You might want to call your GI to see if you can try another med.

Trust me I have no problems with blocking up lmao!!
It doesn't matter how many codeine tramadol and immodiu
I take I still fully empty my bowels as soon as I open my eyes in the morning (always D) I wish I could block myself up just for 2 days to gimme a break lol
So I'm assuming I have the d because of inflammation which causes me to not absorb everything like I should,
I've got my first app with a dietician on the 15th so maybe she cam help a bit with what's best to eat etc, the scary part is the weight loss is getting way out of hand now now I can eat with minimal pain I'm trying to eat more than ever to put weight on but no chance it's back to d the next day !
Hopefully the pill cam will see what's going on once and for all.

Dusty's Roo has had success with psylliym husks (real ones from a health food shop, not the packaged Metamucil/Fybogel stuff). She sprinkles it on gravy or liquids. It works by absorbing some of the excess liquid in the stool and bulking it up. She still goes several times a day, but at least it's not D and it's more controllable.
