did any1 have no pain when they were diagnosed

i mean as in abdominal pain. i hear all the storys on here most are in severe pain just wondering thanks

When I was diagnosed my hemoglobin rate was at 40g/L which is way below being too low... I never had pain before I was hospitalized. Which I still think was odd, but well I'm glad I did not suffer at the time.

*raises hand* not to much pain. I knew something was wrong...I shouldn't be spewing that much blood out of my anus. Anyway I had gone to the Er a couple of times with the same symptoms and basically laughed the entire time...the last time I had enough getting shrugged off and I still had MONTHS before I could get in to see my primary and then I had to get a referral to see a GI which would probably take even longer. So I went into the ER one last time and faked how much pain I really was in.

They took bloods and noticed my blood was around a 7 when normal should be about a 14. This prompted a hospitlization, blood transfusion(2 bags), colonoscopy and a week later released with prescriptions, a referral and diagnosis.

I never had pain either. I wound up in ER because I had fainted. I was admitted to hospital and given a blood transfusion (4 bags) and was diagnosed while I was there. I only had blood in my stool as a symptom (mind you, it was a lot of blood).

My son has no pain and normal bowels. His only sign was slowed growth and delayed puberty. It is not the norm but can happen.
