Digestive enzymes?

Has anyone tried therapeutic doses of digestive enzymes? I've been doing some reading and ordered some Enzymedica Gastro to get started slowly with. I'll be using this in addition to Imuran (my signature is outdated ).

I have tried them for a while and different brands didn't notice much difference Butt it got rid of my grana heartburn

Im on creon at the moment as I found out i have pabcreatic insufficiency. might have had it for twenty years. I feel fuller when i eat and am trying to see how it can alter my diet. I had a strict low fat diet before but now i should be able to digest a bit more.
Wish i had looked at digestive enzymes ealier in my life.
