How many of you have frequent BM but NO pain?
How many have normal BM but RLQ/LLQ pain?
And how many have both?

How would you describe Crohn's pains?

I can't remember if my medical notes from previous doctor visits which state abdominal pain mean RLQ tenderness/pain...lol. If it does, it'd make me feel at peace with my current symptoms (RLQ/LLQ pain) knowing it's common. But every time I feel the RLQ squeeze, I fear a perforation or fistula happening!

It is common in Crohns b/c that is where the terminal ileum is, a very common location for Crohns inflammation. Not all people have painful bm's either. Have you been to the GI doc recently? It sounds like it would be a good idea.

Yep, saw him in January. Upped my 6mp to 75 mg but been in entocort since June. He said to see him as needed or 6 mos for colonoscopy..

And this is Mayo...

I'm used to every 3 months :x

I have normal BM's (tending towards constipation actually) and both LLQ and RLQ pain. The pain is crampy in nature.
