I wanted to know if anyone has a good GI doctor in southeast Michigan? I have a doctor and he is suppose to be good, but last year I had surgery twice. The first was a strictureplasty, on the terminal ileum, then within 6 months I started having pain and couldn't eat anything solid. So, 9 months after my first, I needed to have a second surgery.
The plan was to take out all the diseased bowel, which they thought would be about 15 inches. They ended up doing another strictureplasty, this time on my ilececcal valve, that was 4 months ago and I'm starting to have pain again. I don't know what to do, I thought maybe another doctor's opinion would be the way to go. But, which doctor, I don't know. Can anyone help me?
