I have tiny multiple terminal ulcers and H. pylori Positive. My GI said I do not have Crohn because my biopsy is normal and he thinks H. pylori is the cause of every trouble. The ulcers in the small bowel might come from my previous use of NSAID drugs.
Unfortunately I failed to eradicate H. pylori 3 times. I took best possible antibiotics but still positive. I am afraid that my family members also have H. pylori and therefore getting reinfection.
Whenever I take antibiotics my symptoms goes away completely.
SO my question is , Do crohn patients symptoms goes away with antibiotic therapy (temporary) ?
I just want to confirm whether H. pylori or Crohn is causing all these trouble.
