Does anyone else get squelching when pressing on abdomen?

I have pain in my lower right abdomen and when I press down it makes a squelching sound and I get the sensation of liquid moving about. Anyone else get this?

I have pain but it is doesn't matter if I touch it or not in regards to the sound it makes. I can however feel something when I do apply pressure. Usually feels like movement or spasms.

I used to get that before my last operation. My intestines only had a 1mm opening in the scarred area. The sound was me moving my food through that spot when I pressed down.
