Don't understand

Two weeks ago, I gave blood work, an urine sample and the calprotectin. Last week, I went to my gi on Monday. They told me that the results for urine and calprotectin were still pending. They told me the same thing Wednesday, Friday and today. I called the place who took the samples from me and they said everything was faxed on the 30th of September. So what is going on?

Or maybe the person who dropped it off only dropped off the blood work but nothing else?
