Though it isn't legal in my state, I have done a lot of research about MM and just wanted to hear from anyone here if they have done it, what kind of results they have had, and/or anything else.

If you are a MM smoker, how often do you smoke? What amount?

If not, what are your opinions and what do you think?

Hello Loki!
I started using marijuana about 2 years ago for my Crohn's symptoms. Nothing works better for immediate relief of nausea, the urge to go, and inducing an appetite. Ingesting it is better for long term treatment. I added edibles to my regimen and over the last couple months have had no flares. I have been tinkering with dosages, and different extracts, oils, and tinctures, but don't have a set system yet.
Basically, a combo of vaping and edibles.

I recommend a vaporizer over smoking, it allows to take smaller dosages at shorter intervals, is less wasteful, more practical and a LOT more healthy.

When flaring, I recommend 0.1g every 4 hours until pain is managed and completely absent. Then 0.5g before bed.

When in remission, 0.5g before bed suffices (vaped or ingested) in my case. You will need to experiment and keep a journal.

This assumes a strain with AT LEAST 10% THC potency.

I don't have a dosing regiment per se, but I use MM so that I can reduce inflamation and help me sleep. It has helped my sleep so much. I used to wake up five times a night and now I sleep right thru. It has allowed me to get off depression meds with support from my doctor. My dose is everyday at night around 7:30 and with my vape I do five hits. Yes I do get high but I need that to get to sleep properly. I look at it as a welcome side effect unlike the drugs that threatened to shut down my liver. I would take a buzz over that any day.

I'm doing roughly the same as darster. I have to say my best results are achieved when ingesting cannabis (leaf) which has has been very slow cooked in a hot oven in bone broth. One teaspoon of this in a cup of tea as the day is ending and I'll be eating a full meal and sleeping all night. It takes a few hours to kick in so, depending on symptoms/ how soon a meal is away, I may vape beforehand. The fat float from the broth can also be used. For example when reheating some veges in the oven (not microwave) I add a tsp of fat to freshly chopped leaf and let it crisp approx 8-12 mins on medium heat. One night I fell asleep before it kicked in and woke up feeling very :) at 1am.

I now find my symptoms are more common during the afternoon rather than the usual morning rush hour. A quick vape always reduces this and I'm finding the bounce back time both during and after a flare increasingly shorter and far easier to deal with as far as mental and physical fatigue goes.

Stay healthy ♥

Vaping and edibles make great combo. I like edibles because they make dosing easier and are more practical. I use tinctures now, which is the same principle. I just add a teaspoon to a glass of juice and drink it. I still rely on vaping if I am cramping or feel any intestinal discomfort. It cools me right off and usually always immediately.

I've also developed a taste for the different strains and aromas. Some taste like a glass of tropical juice. It's heavenly.
