Just watching an episode I had recorded, and Dynamo reveals he has Crohn's. Which certainly explains why he's so thin!

It's a UK TV show about a magician who does some seriously impossible things... like walking across the river Thames. The trick he mentioned the Crohn's was where he got a body builder to bench press as much weight as he could. The body builder pressed 3x Dynamo's weight. Dynamo then proceeded to do the same even though the Crohn's makes him so weak and tired some days he can barely lift his feet!

He is a legend i saw the episode where he put his hand through a glass cabinet in a jewlers shop and pulled out a £80,000 bracelet. Could not believe it i read an interview with him apparently his crohns nearly killed him when he was in his teens and he was in hospital for 6 months as he thought he was going to die and he has stated that he can not eat and tolerate much food as his crohns is quite painful everyday but he takes his mind off of it by doing his magic.
