I started the day fine and was sitting at my aunts house watching tv with my nan and i stood up to go to get a drink and i got an awful stomach cramp, i had this pains before as i had been in hospital before with crippling flares but never anything as bad as what happend. They got more intnse and walked home as we only lived next door i was rolling around the floor in pain and was pueking bright yellow sick. thee pain and sickness was so bad and lasted the whole nght i dont know howw i lasted the night in the early hours of the mornig i went to a&e with my mum. i was rolling arond on the floor still and passing blood, and still being sick my heart rate was racing and i had low blood pressure.
i Had an emergancy scan and had fluid leaking from my bowel the docs had by this point put me on morphine and said they would monitor the fluid. i was put on a wward and became increasingly ill and was rushed out by doctors i ended up having to b resusitated and had to be taken down to surgery. my mum was told depending on what they found they might have to remove my whole bowel thankfully that wasnt the case,, my bowel had started purferating and had it fixed ,then my bowel was scrapped and took about a month to recover.x
I'm glad both of you are better now though. It sounds like a terrible expirience to all of a sudden be in the ER and then have to have surgery. I imagine it was hard to wrap yor head around at first
