Emory University Stem Cell Trial

I believe they use the patients own stem cells to heal the disease. It is a trial. Is anyone on this trial? Does anyone know how it is going?

I think the newer studies being done by Dr. Burt in Chicago are using the stem cells of another such as a sibling or possibly from cord blood.
