I'm pretty sure endoscopic remission is when your bowel is showing no signs of active Crohn's or u.c.
This is generally achieved through medicine or diet.
For me that would be a dream come true
I had that in November but idk if I'm coming out of it cause my joints are KILLING me and I have abdominal pain when I go the restroom. And every time I eat something I need the restroom like 5 minutes after.
Hmmm, it certainly sounds like you are having a flare up. I would speak to your doc now as meds could be prescribed to nip it in the bud.
What are you taking at the moment?
I see him tomorrow luckily.... but I'm on prednisone, 6-mp, remicade, tradzodone (for insomnia), Omeprazole, And lorazepam. I tried switch in to hydrocortisone but I started bleeding again so I went back to the prednisone
Endoscopic remission is not only absence of active disease, but evidence of mucosal healing as well (very important). If you're having issues five minutes after you eat, I suspect something is going on earlier in your digestive tract that the colonoscopy wasn't able to see.
