Just wondering if anyone from Australia on theese forums gets ensure and where from my stupid doc reckons he's never heard of it and as its a dietary supplement can I get it without prescription

Ensure Plus is usually sold in chemists without prescription for around $4 a tin. You can order trays of 24 delivered to your home.'Superior HealthCare' is one company in your area that can do it. (They also have Resource Plus and Fortisips which are similar.)

4 bucks a tin??? Whoa, that is expensive, if it is on sale here I can get 6 for ten bucks. There are some for diabetics too.
