Entocort....how long??

So I'm off to the GI tomorrow for my 3rd follow up since being diagnosed. I currently am on Entocort, but was wondering how much longer I will need to take it? Is it even worth asking tomorrow? I've been on it for 4 months. It has somewhat helped with the D, but I still have it several times a week & at least once as week it has blood in it. How long were you on it?

I HATE Entocort and so want to come off it, BUT according to specialist it is the only thing keeping me outta hospital :-( I am getting severe mood swings on it as well ( i started a thread LOL)

I guess I'm lucky because I've been on Entocort for years. It is the only and I mean only med that helps. I don't have an mood swings or bad symptoms with it at all. The only thing that worries me is that when it stops working I don't know where I'll go from here! Good luck with your doctor.
