First of all, apologies if I've posted this in the wrong Subforum, wasn't sure what it would come under as this is more for treatment of side effects from Prednisolone.
Bit of background info - I was given Omeprazole 40mg 4 weeks ago to deal with the excess stomach acid pains I had from Pred which really helped for a couple of weeks and then over the past 2 weeks my stomach has been getting worse especially at night so I asked my GP what to suggest as I was concerned it might be an ulcer. My GP prescribed me 40mg of Esomeprazole on Monday.
My question is has this affected peoples bowel movements before? I went from having loose bm's on Monday and Tuesday to being constipated yesterday as well as still having continuous stomach pains on my left side and upper abdomen.
