I just thought I'd put this information out there, since doctors are not always good at providing it. Many of the pharmaceutical companies that make the expensive meds for Crohn's have programs that will assist patients with paying for the meds. This is separate from your regular insurance. I've found one for Humira and one for Pentasa. I have insurance through employer, and it's wonderful that covers 80% of the prescription cost, but as most of you know 20% of these meds is still a boat load of money. I am now able to get my Humira for $5 for 3 months worth, and Pentasa $25 for 3 months worth. It takes some paperwork and all to get signed up, but well worth it! Considering that before this I was paying $400 a month for Humira and about $100 a month for Pentasa.

Here are the links for the Humira and Pentasa programs.

Great thread idea! I take Nexium and I know there's a savings card for that as well. I get a 2 month supply at a time, which would normally cost me $75, but with this card I pay $25. I believe when I was getting it a month at a time, I would have been paying $60 but with the card it was something like $18 or $20. Here's the link to the Nexium savings card:
