Excessive sweating?

Bolton,
I hurt my back a few days ago and since then I have had a small flare up of symptoms (this has happened before for some reason).

I've only been taking paracetamol for the pain, but I literally cannot stop sweating. I'm fine during the night, but as soon as I start moving around doing normal daily things I start sweating and find it extremely difficult to cool down.

The sweating has been going on for a while and usually starts when it's a bit warmer than usual but doesn't last long. This morning as soon as I got up I was sticky and horrible and by the time I left to take my daughter to school my face and hair were wet. By the time I got home my hair was soaking all around my face and neck and I had to sit in front of the fan for half an hour to try and cool down.

Does anyone else seem to have this problem and if so, is there anything you can do to ease it? It's so embarrasing when I get to work and my hair is all wet when I sit on a reception desk and have to greet people!

Have you experienced excessive sweating when taking paracetamol in the past?

If not, my suggestion would be to check in with your doctor if you haven't.

I hope you feel better soon!

I found that multivitamins caused me to have night sweats. unlikely that it is related but passing it on, just in case. ..

You look so young, however IBD has a slight possibility to throw some women into (pre)menopause ~ your symptoms sound similar to a hot flash.

Hope you get t figured out.
