Expectations, ideas about IBD researches

Hello, I want to create this thread because I want to know what other people with Crohn's/UC know about ongoing IBD researches and what are their expectations, ideas about future of IBD and maybe other autoimmune diseases.
Future of IBD treatments or ideas about cure. Learning the cause of this disease and more...
There are stem cell transplant researches, more spesific biological drug researches about intestinal inflammation, researches about balancing gut microbiota like anti-map treatment, fecal transplant and more...
When I talked about cure with a GI doc who is interested in researches; he said he is hopeful about Prochymal studies.
Would you share your ideas? Share researches, clinical trials which you have informations, ideas about.
