Experience with Colon NOT working?

I had a Sitz Marker test done recently and have been told my colon is not working. The markers remained in my accending colon and pelvic area. What would be the next step towards a diagnosis?

I have already tried Linzess and Amitiza. Neither of them did a thing for me.
