I have extreme fatigue. What has been helpful?

Hi Andrew there are many causes of fatigue. First you want blood tests to rule out deficiencies in iron, b12, thyroid or adrenal glands. If those are fine you may want to see if there is an association with a new medication you are on. Fatigue can be a natural symptom of your body fighting illness like crohns or it can be a sign of a more severe illness known as ME/CFS which is known as chronic fatigue syndrome.
