Face changing color when tired

My face gets dark when I am too tired and it feels warm in the inside, but its’ not really warm outside since my partner cannot feel that it is warm. I cannot figure out why my face is changing color when I feel myself too tired.

Is anyone here ever experienced like this?

Haven't experienced it myself, but maybe it's something like rosacea?

Honestly I never heared that word before, but I've looked at it at the Wikipedia and it seems that what I felt is different than what is decribed there.

What I've noticed is only colour of my face(dark) and never pimples or other things. I don't know if this is connected to Crohns just raises my attention since I never had this before.

You mean dark like tanned? Rather than red?

I never heard of skin darkening like that before! The only thing even vaguely similar that comes to mind is you can get darkening of scars from things like Addison's (where your body doesn't produce natural steroids). So maybe some sort of hormonal problem could cause it? Have you spoken to a doctor about it?
