What is your favourite comfort food? The thing that picks you up when you are down. It doesnt have to be crohns friendly.

I love homemade macaroni and cheese with bacon. So comforting.

Vietnamese Pho. The kind where they put the raw beef into the soup bowl and the heat from the soup cooks it. I love the basil, and sprouts in it.

Lindor Chocolates.

Shepherd's Pie - just had some this morning for breakfast!

Grilled cheese - I have this for breakfast a lot too!

Chocolate but very little seems to bother me now. I love mac and chees too, when I am not flaring!

OMG! I forgot about my Mom's Brown Chicken (which sadly I can't eat anymore) - breaded chicken cutlets slow cooked in a sauce she makes with Campbell's golden chicken soup. Really simple but a delicious staple at all family functions.

...same here with soup and grilled cheese.
also.. any flavour of smoothies, except if I'm cold...then that's not comfort.

I just tried the leek and potato soup by Campell's Gardenay...omg...it was soooo good!! Almost as good as my own homemade! Definitely good on a cold day...with homemade cheese bread! Delicious...

Breyer's French Vanilla ice cream smothered in Sarabeth's raspberry preserves.

Oh that's right, I'm not eating DAIRY!!! :-(

How can anyone survive without dairy?? I feel badly for those of you that can't eat cheese...I'd die....lol

My favorite comfort food is definitely, mac and cheese. Its tasty and filling. Besides I would like to have everything and anything with full of cheese.

I think this box will not enough for my list..
There are lots of things that I love to eat..
But main are chocolates, cakes, cheese bread etc....

Chocolate! Unfortunately most chocolate causes me problems, but not 3 Musketeers bars. I think because they're so light and fluffy and contain hardly any actual chocolate, but whatever the reason, I can eat those with no pain. I always try to keep some on hand, but I ran out recently. I was having a bad day at work earlier this week, and was talking with a co-worker about some of my food triggers including the chocolate issue (my co-worker has UC so he understands!). The next day, my candy dish on my desk was full of 3 Musketeers bars, compliments of my co-worker. How nice is that! :)

I love chocolate but it is poison to me unfortunately, & causes allergic reaction plus a Crohn's flare, so I never eat it.

Second favourite is Cappuccino coffee made with soya milk. I only allow myself one a week, because coffee (including decaff) is not good for Crohn's.

Anything sweet really be it candy, donuts, cookies, cake..... I'm hungries. :(

Cherry Cheese pie. Black Forest cake. Imperial cookies. Lemon Bars.

A big steaming bowl of pho. Perogies. Stroganoff. Burritos. Lasagna.

...Hmmmm, do you think I have a case of the munchies, much?

My mom's lasagna or my mom's pot roast. No matter what I do, I can't replicate either of these to taste the same way she makes them.

Popeye's chicken 3 piece all white spicy with red beans and rice!

Plain M&M's

Caribou Coffee, The columbian is my favorite, but I like them so much more than Starbucks.
