A bit about me and my journey since my last post years ago. I have been living with Crohn's Disease since 2002. I also, like many, have other autoimmune diseases alongside Crohn's. I live with Sjögren's Syndrome or Lupus (they don't know for sure). I also have osteoarthritis in my back, neck, feet. I still work and try my best to stay moving but as I age it is getting harder. Plus the fatigue is over the top some days. I've had multiple surgeries and my last one in November, 2020, I had my j-pouch removed and given a permanent ileostomy (I have had no colon since January of 2004). I have been on Stelara since 2019 and it has finally been a drug that seems to work for me. I keep my fingers crossed that it continues to work!
