Having recently had surgery on my fistula to drain abcess and insert a seton my doctor has recommended i take fibogel 3 times a day to bulk up my stools to help widen my narrowed tail end. Has anyone else tried this? I reckon so much fibre will have me stuck to the bog, which i dont have handy when im away in the truck all week.:ymad:
