Fibromyalgia? With crohns?

I've heard people say about having fibromyalgia with crohns and I never really knew what it was, so I looked it up and it seems I have every symptom. My dad says I'm a drama queen and he hardly touched me yet it feels so painful. I blame my tiredness on anaemia and my joint/muscle pain on crohns, but with fibro it all falls into place. I forgot to ask my Nurse today but do you think it's worth asking about it? I don't want them thinking I'm hypochondriac.

I have both. Was diagnosed with fibromyalgia years ago then diagnosed with Crohns. There are some good medications out there that help deal with both diseases so I'd definitely tell your Nurse/Doctor about your symptoms.

I also have both. I started with the Fibro symptoms when I was about 14 but didn't get diagnosed until I was almost 21. Same for my Crohn's, I had symptoms as a kid but didn't get a diagnosis until the same age.

My Rheumotologist thinks I might have Fibro, and I also have Crohn's.
