Last October I had a special test that identifies whether I am predicted to have Crohn's based on DNA. The test is preformed at Prometheus Labs.

I wanted to type out exactly what mine said so that I can share and compare with those of you who have also had this test. I am always looking for similiarities and connections with other IBD sufferers.

RESULT:
IBD PREDICTED.
CROHN'S DISEASE PREDICTED

ASSAY VALUES:
ASCA IgA ELISA: <12.0 EU/mL
ASCA IgA ELISA: <12.0 EU/mL
Anti-OmpC IgA ELISA: 3.6 EU/mL
Anti-CBir1 ELISA: 112.0 EU/mL
Neutrophil-Specific Nuclear Autoantibodies (NSNA)
(IBD Specific pANCA)
Autoantibody, ELISA: 52.2 EU/mL
IFA Perinuclear Pattern: Detected
DNAse Sensitivity: DNAse SEnsitive

Eventually I will research to find out exactly what each of these terms and numbers mean.

Can anyone share their results???

Thanks!
