I new to the treatment aspect of fistulas (he has a Enterocutaneous fistula on his lower abdomen) - what is the first line of treatment?
My boyfriend is currently on Sulfasalizine (sp?) and does not seem to be having any luck with it. I've heard several treatments mentioned but I don't know which ones we should look into next...
