Summertime seems to increase the risk of dehydration for many of us. Just checking in to see how everyone is getting enough fluids.
I struggle with dehydration and try to not need IV therapy.
My beverage of choice is Coconut water (organic) and plenty of water too. I try not to get burn out from the taste by also putting the coconut water into my smoothies via liquid or into ice cube form.

I do not drink any alcohol.

What are your tips for staying hydrated?

I cannot get on with coconut water. I carry around a thermos of water with squash and drink constantly throughout the day. I am sure my students think I am drinking gin

I drink a lot of water, I also try to eat foods high in nutrients that we lose when we sweat. Gatorade is good for electrolytes but it has a lot of sugar, I think G2 has less sugar in it than the original. I can't stand the taste of coconuts so no coconut water for me
